DC Shoes accepts returns of unworn merchandise with original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise that shows signs of wear, scent, or damage will not be accepted for return. Goods marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be refunded, returned to the sender, and will be disposed of on site.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Store Credit: You can choose to receive your refund as store credit. If you select this option, the return shipping fee is on us. Once your return has been processed, your store credit will be issued as a gift card and sent to the email address used to place your order.
Refund to Original Payment: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $9.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns may take up to 3–7 business days for processing once the package has been delivered.
